FAIR PLAY CHECKS

How We Run the Blackjack Floor

We keep the rules visible rather than asking you to take our word for a shoe. Every table card lists dealer behaviour, the payout on a natural blackjack, insurance terms and side-bet conditions before the first hand. Results come from the studio's own settlement system, and your round history stays in your account so a disputed hand can be replayed. Where a variant or a side bet publishes a return, that figure appears in the studio's wording, and we leave it exactly as they set it.

Rule Card On Every Table

Each table shows its rules before you buy in: dealer stands or hits on soft 17, blackjack payout, insurance and side-bet conditions. Read it once and you know how the shoe settles.

Studio-Settled Results

Hands are settled by the studio system, not by us, and the round record stays attached to your account history. If the screen and the record ever differ, we correct to the record.

Shoe Change Discipline

Dealers change the shoe on a schedule printed on the table, and the cut card stays visible during play. Nothing about the shuffle is hidden from you at any point.

Returns Left As Published

We do not print RTP figures ourselves. Where a blackjack variant or a side bet exposes its return, that detail appears on the provider's table card in their own wording.

What You Get in Blackjack Pro Tables

Every table on this floor runs with a live dealer, and the four styles we keep open cover most play. Classic shoes move at a steady pace, which suits you if you like a moment between hands. Speed tables cut the dealing gap for anyone who already knows their splits. Side-bet tables add Perfect Pairs and 21+3 alongside the main hand, and

the VIP shoes sit behind a separate entry so the main lobby stays calm. Studios behind the feeds include Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi, and each table card states whether the dealer stands or hits on soft 17, what blackjack pays and whether insurance is offered.

ASK THE TEAM

Help While You Sit at a Table

Support sits inside the table view, not in a separate tab, so you never have to leave a shoe to ask something. Chat runs with our Bangladesh team, and the hand number under the shoe is enough for us to find the round you mean. Wallet questions are handled on the same thread: bKash, Nagad and Rocket cash-ins all land in your account wallet, and we check the transaction with you instead of moving you to a second queue.

In-Table Live Chat Tap the chat icon on the table screen and our Bangladesh support team picks up the thread. Quote the hand number shown under the shoe so we can pull the exact round.

Wallet and Seat Checks If your bKash or Nagad cash-in has not reached the table lobby, send us the wallet transaction ID from your app. We match it to your account and confirm the balance before you rejoin a shoe.

Dealer and Result Queries Think a hand was settled wrong? Jot the table name, the round and the cards on screen, then raise it in chat. We replay the round record with the studio and reply on the same thread.

Blackjack Terms You Will Hear

Blackjack tables carry their own vocabulary, and a few of these terms decide how a hand settles. The six below come up most in chat, from the shoe and the cut card to soft 17 and what a push does to your wallet. Read them once and the table card reads plainly.

What is a shoe in live blackjack?

The shoe is the rack that holds the shuffled decks a dealer deals from. When it empties, the table pauses for a fresh shuffle before the next hand starts.

Soft 17, what does it mean?

A soft 17 is a hand where an ace still counts as eleven, so it cannot bust on the next card. Whether the dealer stands or hits it depends on that table's card.

What is the cut card?

The cut card is the plastic marker set near the end of the shoe. It tells the dealer when to finish the round and reshuffle, so you can see the shoe running down.

How does blackjack insurance work?

Insurance is an optional side stake offered when the dealer shows an ace. It pays if the dealer holds blackjack, and your main hand is still settled normally afterwards.

What are Perfect Pairs and 21+3?

These are optional side bets on your first two cards. Perfect Pairs pays on a matched pair, while 21+3 mixes your cards with the dealer upcard into a poker hand.

What is a push in blackjack?

A push is a tied hand where you and the dealer finish on the same total. Your stake returns to the account wallet with neither a win nor a loss on that round.

Questions About Blackjack Pro Tables

These are the questions our chat team fields most about the blackjack floor, answered the way we would answer them on the table screen. If yours is about a specific shoe, a side bet that did not settle as you expected, or a wallet balance that looks short, bring the hand number and we will pull the round.

You get live shoes from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi in classic, speed, side-bet and VIP styles. Each table name and its rules card appears in the floor list before you join.

Yes. The table view loads in your mobile browser, and we keep the video stream light enough for patchy data. Turn the phone sideways and the side-bet buttons move under the felt.

Open your bKash, Nagad or Rocket app, send to the account number shown in your wallet page, then confirm with your PIN. The balance shows in the table lobby, ready to buy in.

Limits are set per table by the studio and can change, so we show them on each table card instead. Check the card before you buy in and you always see the live range.

The floor follows the cricket calendar. On a big BPL night the shoes thin out early and fill again after the chase, so quieter tables are easier to find then.

VIP shoes sit behind a separate entry in the floor list, and access depends on your account history with us. Ask in chat and the team will tell you where you stand.
